Paper Submission

Guidelines for submitting your research to ICOEAT 2027

Format Requirements

Papers must follow the IEEE conference paper template. Maximum 6 pages for regular papers, 4 pages for short papers (excluding references).

Language

All submissions must be in English. Papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

Plagiarism Policy

All submissions will be checked for plagiarism. Similarity index must not exceed 20%. Submissions with higher similarity will be desk-rejected.

Submission Steps

  1. Prepare your paper in IEEE format
  2. Register on the submission portal
  3. Upload your PDF manuscript
  4. Complete the submission form
  5. Await acknowledgment email

IEEE Review Process

  • IEEE Oman Section representatives will supervise the peer-review process.
  • Reviewers will be assigned for each paper.
  • Final decisions are based on reviewer feedback and IEEE standards.
  • Only high-quality papers will be included in the proceedings.
